Legal Basis For Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with the rules of European and German data protection laws (the following regulations are extracted from the European General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter to as GDPR). Data processing takes place for a specific purpose, e.g. for the fulfillment of a contract with you or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures that take place at your request (Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR). We also process your data if you have given us your consent to the processing (Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR) or the processing is necessary to protect our or third parties’ legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR). You also have the right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority about data processing. In this case, this is the state representative for data protection and freedom of information in North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).

Passing on your data to processors and third parties

We pass on some of your data to processors. These are companies that we commission to process data in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. However, we remain responsible for your data.
